If you’re a recruiting, HR, or talent brand or service, to help build the book out, I am looking to place brand ads on the front cover and back cover of the book and looking for brands to sponsor chapters in my book.

As a front cover partner, you will see your logo on the front cover of the book and on the first page of acknowledgments with a 300 character message of your choice including a link to your site spelled out or CTA.

As a back cover partner, you will see your logo on the back cover of the book along with book blurbs from other industry professionals and on the first page of acknowledgments with a 300 character message of your choice including a link to your site spelled out or CTA.

Each of these spots is $2,500 USD and will be placed on both the ebook and the paperback version of the book - forever! I will work with your design team to make sure the size of the ad is desirable and fits with the book layout (above).

SPONSOR A CHAPTER - for anyone that just wants to support the book in some capacity! Whether you have a business or not or just want to write a message in the book, a 140-character message (the size of an original Tweet) will be placed under each chapter title introducing the chapter. There are currently 18 chapters.

WHAT DOES THE BOOK COVER?

The book covers the talent philosophy I have used to hire some of the best talent in tech, design, and product over my technical recruiting career. One of the biggest questions I used to get about recruiting is “where do you recruit? how do you find these people?” and this book walks through what tools, resources to use to find your next hire, and how to actually go about hiring them. The book also showcases ways in which to enrich company culture and be intentional about who to hire and how to manage your hires.

The book is broken up into four parts.
